On our Core 42 project in downtown Minneapolis, that meant integrating advanced cooling systems, generators, and power distribution within tight structural constraints to deliver an 18.5MW facility.

In Eagan, it meant delivering a 61,000 sq ft, 5MW build-to-suit from the ground up for Oppidan.
Our approach allows us to resolve issues pre-construction limiting surprises in the field.

We use Revit for clash detection and LIDAR modeling to produce detailed digital twins.

We engage MEP trade partners early, lock down long lead-time materials fast, and have brought mission-critical facilities online in as little as nine months.
